The event officially begins Wednesday, May 17th at 8:30AM and runs until about 5PM that day. However, we are hosting a special networking mocktail mixer the evening before (May 16th) for VIP registrants. Space is limited.

Does the hotel offer free parking?

There are two entrances to the complimentary parking garage on top of Live! Casino. To ensure the closest parking to the Event Center, choose parking levels 3 or higher, to the back close to rows E and F (the elevator bank will be labeled on the right). Valet Parking is available for a charge.

Will there be an opportunity to meet Rob & Chris?

Yes! When Rob and Chris are not on stage, they love to meet new Momentum family. If you see them in the hallways, or in between breaks say hello! They may even stick around for a few minutes after the event to greet you if time permits.

No, you are responsible for your own meals & snacks throughout the day. Continental breakfast is included while supplies last.

Majority of the speakers will be at the event, but a few may be joining us via Livestream.

We do encourage taking photos & sharing on your social media stories, but long audio/video of the sessions are prohibited.

Anyone above the age of 13 or older can attend the conference

Can I bring my baby/kids?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this conference, we are not allowing small children. You are more than welcome to buy a ticket for your child 13 or older to attend.

What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/or get sick at the Event?

If you get sick before the Event, we may be able to accommodate you with the recordings or access to a future event.- If you get sick at or during the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
